~Well, Zucchini Season opened a few weeks ago and by the results in the picture, it appears that ~this year will be another banner year.  A good friend of mine, who is a professional zucchini ~hunter, along with his Green Retriever, Zukie, went out and did quite well so he shared his bag limit ~with me, and I put "the boss" to work making some of her time-tested Zucchini Bread recipes which ~she agreed to share.  We hope that you enjoy the recipes.  They all go really well with Philadelphia ~Brand Original Cream Cheese, especially the chocolate one!
