Smoked Tri-Tip Roast

  For all you smokers out there, (no, not weed or tobacco), this recipe is   for you.  If you don't have a smoker, you can use your grill along with a   smoker tube and some hickory smoking pellets.  Both of these items   are available on Amazon if you cannot find them locally.
