While striving to achieve the perfect recipe, sometimes I need the opinion of other cooks and   or chefs.  This is one of those times.  Please take a good look at my latest attempt to create   the perfect lunchtime sandwich and please be totally honest with me.  I promise that will not   be offended no matter what your opinion is.
