I found this recipe on the Internet, specifically on a site that goes by the name of   "Natasha's Kitchen", which is run by a young lady by the name of Natasha Kravchuk.       For years, we have always made our Jalapeno Poppers wrapped in bacon and either done   in the oven or in our smoker so when this recipe came up with the bacon in the stuffing as   opposed to being wrapped around the poppers themselves, we decided to try it.  After   making a few batches, we did a small amount of tweaking and the recipe that follows is the   result.  It has become our favorite recipes for making, (and eating), Jalapeno Poppers.  We   hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.  They can also be served with a small dollop   of sour cream on top.
